1. Introduction

Welcome to pranjalsarkar.com. This website is owned and operated by Pranjal Sarkar, an individual based in Ahmedabad, India.

By accessing or using this website, registering for a masterclass or workshop, downloading any free resource, or using any tool available on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using this website or making any purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or its services.

2. Services Offered

This website offers the following services:

• Live Masterclasses: paid online sessions on topics including AI at work, career navigation, product thinking, and decision making.
• Live Workshops: paid online sessions where participants build and ship a real output during the session.
• Guest Lectures and Speaking: Pranjal Sarkar available for university sessions, corporate L&D, and industry events.
• Free Decision Audit Tools: structured decision instruments available at no cost, built on peer-reviewed research.
• Free Downloadable Resources: guides and frameworks available for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Masterclass and Workshop Terms

3.1 Registration and Payment

Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is received. Expressing interest or submitting a registration form without completing payment does not hold a seat. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

GST invoices are available on request. Please write to hello@pranjalsarkar.com before your session to request one.

3.2 Early Bird Pricing

Early bird pricing is time-limited and expires when the countdown timer reaches zero or when seats are filled, whichever occurs first. Once early bird pricing closes, it does not return for that session. Standard pricing applies thereafter.

3.3 Session Format

All masterclasses and workshops are conducted live online via Zoom or an equivalent platform. Session details including the link are shared with registered participants via WhatsApp group after payment confirmation.

Sessions are intentionally not recorded. This is a deliberate design choice. The value of these sessions comes from live participation, real-time Q&A, and building alongside other participants. A recording cannot replicate this experience.

3.4 Missed Sessions

If you register and are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you are entitled to one complimentary seat in the next available session of the same programme at no extra cost. This applies once per registration only. After that, a fresh registration is required.

To exercise this option, write to hello@pranjalsarkar.com at least 2 hours before the session begins.

3.5 Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is made more than 24 hours before the session starts. No refunds are issued once the session has begun or within 24 hours of the start time. No exceptions.

To request a refund, write to hello@pranjalsarkar.com with your registration details.

In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by Pranjal Sarkar, all registered participants will receive a full refund or a complimentary seat in the next session, at the participant’s choice.

3.6 Certificates

A digital certificate of participation is issued to every attendee within 48 hours of the session ending. Certificates are not issued to participants who did not attend the live session.

3.7 Corporate Registrations

Corporate registrations are available at a separate per-seat rate. Write to hello@pranjalsarkar.com before registering to arrange corporate billing and GST documentation.

4. Free Decision Audit Tools

The Decision Audit Instruments available on this website are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. These tools are built on peer-reviewed research frameworks. A methodology note inside each tool explains what is validated and what is practitioner-designed.

These tools are designed to help individuals think more clearly about high-stakes decisions. They are not a substitute for professional advice including legal, financial, medical, or career advice. The outputs of these tools are informational and should be treated as a structured thinking aid, not a definitive recommendation.

No personal data is stored from the use of these tools. All processing occurs on your device. No login is required.

5. Free Downloadable Resources

Free resources available on this website including guides, frameworks, and templates are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use these resources for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Pranjal Sarkar.
